Staging: A Vacant Home Transformed

Andrea is an accredited stager, and we maintain an inventory of couches, chairs, tables, lamps, etc with which she delights in transforming our listings. The sellers had moved on from 1715 Sapphire Cay in Waterton, so after some painting, new carpeting, and landscaping, Andrea went to work. I should note here that our son, Lucas, also a REALTOR® with eighty8 realty, and his partner, Mia, both powerlifters, have been helping stage and move furniture for several years. The three of them make a great team, and I get to waltz in after all their hard work and photograph the results. We have many examples of staged homes selling faster and for more money. This home was no exception. Went on our MLS at $225,000 on Friday and there were several offers by Monday. On Tuesday the sellers accepted an offer for $245,000.
