The Duncans: Serving Repeat Customers

Since most Americans only move every 3-5 years, we don’t generally see our clients month-in, month-out. Although we do try to stay in touch, we aren’t in the business of haranguing folks, so it’s always a pleasure when past clients call to let us know they’ve had a change in their housing needs an would like to talk. The Duncans called recently with just such news. We’d helped them find a lake house a few years back, but the commute to Jacksonville, particularly with their hectic work schedule, had become a grind. Fortunately they’d improved the property a lot…adding square footage with a huge upstairs game room, and then putting in a swimming pool and landscaping. We found a buyer for their lake house over the summer, and then a country home closer their work. Helping good people to solve their housing needs…just one more of the satisfactions of being a REALTOR®.
