The Busches: Retiring to Tyler
Long-time neighbors Jim & Cookie Rice were getting on in years and decided to move near their son in Washington. Their home had been very well maintained and sits on a wonderful lot. After some furniture rearranging and photography, the home went on the market and immediately attracted several buyers. The Rice’s accepted an offer from Ron and Catherine Busch, who are moving from Florida to be nearer their family in the Metroplex. The Busches had been shopping for a while, had covered hundreds of miles, and found their dream home right down the street from us. East Texas is attracting a lot of new residents for different reasons, but family, and especially grandchildren, are one of the strongest draws.
