Goin’ Country

The Balderases: Goin’ Country

As empty nesters, the Balderas’s decided it was time to find the country home on acreage they’d always dreamed of, a place where Noe would have space for his shop and woodworking hobby. Andrea helped them find a just such a home, and we quickly staged and photographed their home in Rosebrook. Within four days they received an offer that was 98.2% of the asking price. The negotiation on their new country home, however, was complicated by a lack of comparable sales and a lender’s appraisal which didn’t match the price agreed to by the buyer and seller. Never one to shy away from a complicated deal, Andrea worked with both sides to affect a compromise, and soon her efforts were rewarded.

Our best wishes to Michelle and Noe in their new country home.
