Country Place Estate: 19710 Copperoaks Drive

Our neighborhood, Country Place, lies on the south end of 75703. Although development began in 1978, the subdivision still boasts many of its original trees. We recently listed one of the larger homes in the neighborhood, sitting on more than four acres. Shackelford and Mud Creek flow together in the bottom just down the hill, making for a permanent green-belt. As this aerial footage shows, there is a lot of forest to the west of Country Place, although Flint is one of Tyler’s fastest-growing suburbs and it will be interesting to see how development over the next five-to-ten years will change the landscape.
