Helping Neighbors

The Borings: Helping Our Neighbors Relocate

We do love helping our neighbors market their homes or buy in the neighborhood, but we hate saying good-bye, particularly when they are as nice as the Boring family, who have lived in Country Place for several years. Their home is located on a two-plus-acre lot down a private lane flanked by pecan trees and has a charming vintage kitchen. Drew, the Therapy Director at Epic Health Center and an avid fisherman, has enjoyed our association lakes. Emily has been a speech-language pathologist at Cain Elementary in Whitehouse, and the children have made many friends in the neighborhood. But as these things sometimes unfold, a new career opportunity in Corsicana and some inherited family property nearby made a move too tempting to ignore. We listed their home and in less than a week had an acceptable offer.  So we lose some very good neighbors, but they are off on the next big adventure in their lives.

Our best wishes to Emily, Drew, Kannon and Jake in their new home.
