The Horns: Relocating for the Children
The Horn family lived in our neighborhood, Country Place, for several years, during which time their daughters became passionate about competitive horse eventing, dressage and jumping. As their skills improved, they became more and more centered in the Dallas area for both stabling their animals and for training. Finally, as much as they loved their living in Country Place, the many hours of travel each week convinced the family that moving closer to their stable and trainer was the only logical answer. Juli’s beautifully decorated home was a pleasure to photograph, and within just two days of listing their property, we received two offers, one for 98.4% of list price. Juli cried at the closing…she will miss Tyler and Country Place, but she’ll be spending a lot less time driving their daughters to/from their stable.
