It’s the first week of March and messy…snow has been melting off the rooftops and rain is forecast for tonight, turning slush tomorrow with lows in the 20’s. But daffodils and camillias are blooming and, no matter the weather, buyers are already out looking. Right now we are working with 1st-time homebuyers, relocations, up-sizing families and down-sizing seniors. And of course as the weather warms we will see many more buyers. With the economy improving, interest rates still at historical lows, and home prices edging up, we are officially in a sellers’ market. (These days we often see multiple offers on our listings.)
