The McCloskys: 1st-Time Homebuyers Sharing their Excitement
The morning of their closing, Tyler had experienced a snowstorm and many businesses, including the title company, were closed at opening time. We were a little concerned that there would be no closing that day, but by 9:45am Landmark Title had opened, and shortly after the McCloskys arrived looking a bit flushed. Giggling, they told us how they’d driven out to their new home and built a snowman in the front yard and, to the delight of the neighborhood kids, had a snowball fight. The excitement of buying their first home was a nice thing to share…just another perk in the life of a REALTOR®.
Our best wishes to the McClosky’s. Jody is a nurse at the Rusk State Hospital; Brooke is completing her training to become a dental hygienist. We wish them many happy years in their new home.
