Edward Pessink: A 1st-Time Homebuyer
This was a young man who knew he wanted to be a homeowner and came prepared. He’d really done his homework, knew exactly what he wanted in a house, had a pretty good idea of where he wanted to shop, and had everything he needed for the lender. Pretty impressive for a guy in his mid-twenties! We dropped by Edward’s housewarming a few weeks after closing, met his family, friends and faithful companion. He had already done a lot of work and was anxious to tell us about other projects he had in mind…yep, a true homeowner.
You may run across Edward with his big smile and great energy at Julio’s, where he mixes it up behind the bar. We wish him many happy years in his new home.
