Frounfelkers are a young military family. When Tom was reassigned from Hawaii to the recruiting office in Tyler, Rhena started researching homes and REALTORS® in the Tyler area. Rhena read several online reviews of agents who helped other people relocating and found Andrea. After speaking with her about their dream home needs and wants, Tom and Rhena felt they would work well together. However, because of their schedule, it wasn’t possible for them to actually travel to Tyler. So Tom, Rhena & Andrea decided to preview homes via Skype. This was our first experience with a client who needed to purchase a home without viewing it in person. Andrea was game so after sending several choices, Tom & Rhena gave us their picks and it was off for a virtual tour via Skype. Since Tom & Rhena knew what they looking for, and Andrea knew the school areas and important details about the available homes, they only toured a few homes together before Tom & Rhena said, “This is the one!”
