Helping Young Families

The Crooks had bought their post-WW II starter home in 2008 and had worked diligently to make it their own. They gutted and updated a dreadful kitchen with new hardwood cabinets, counter-tops and appliances. They painted, installed new lighting, re-finished the original hardwood floors, and worked on the landscaping. Meanwhile, Jared went back to school to get his nursing degree and their family grew with the birth of two daughters. Suddenly, the cozy little bungalow they loved had become too small for their growing family. That’s when they called in Rose Capital to come up with a price that reflected their hard work and the current market, tweak the staging, and photograph their efforts. Meanwhile Andrea was working to find their larger second home (actually an interim one since they’ll be building on their own land in a few years) and soon the Crooks were on the move. When we visited to shoot their portrait, they were in the midst of updating the kitchen and shared how excited they are planning other projects for their new nest.

Our best wishes to Jared, Laura, Alyssa and Abigail Crook in their new home.
