The Burger Family: Relocation for Career
The beautiful Burger family has spent the past few years in the lovely Deer Run community on the north shore of Pleasure Acres Lake in Chapel Hill, an East Tyler suburb. This family has enjoyed the East Texas lifestyle, spending many weekends on area lakes wake -boarding and tubing. But when Adam was promoted to a district manager position at Nalco Champion, suddenly they were faced with a move to the Metro-Plex. After interviewing several REALTORS®, the Burgers settled on Rose Capital Realty. Andrea and Letta coordinated on staging, Larry shot the photos, and PRESTO, their pretty home was on the market; we had two showing the first day. Meanwhile, the Burger’s were shopping for homes near Fort Worth, packing and coordinating their move. We felt fortunate to grab a half-hour with them for their family portrait and used Pleasure Acres Lake as a backdrop.
