The Learys: Helping 1st-Time Homebuyers
Shawn and Meg were ready to buy a home and they wanted to take advantage of the $8,000 first-time buyers credit. Andrea swung into action and in short order she had helped them find the neighborhood and the house they wanted. Meg says now, “What I like most about this home is I didn’t have to find it, our REALTOR® did!”
Our best wishes to Shawn, Meg and “Killer” in their first home. Shawn is the manager at Famous Footwear on Broadway; you may have gotten a cup of coffee from Meg…she pours it up at Starbucks on the South Loop. We wish them many happy years in their new home.
