My Queen and I had a very good year in 2025. Our boys and their wives are happy and healthy, both in careers they like. We worked with many old friends/clients to help them buy and sell their homes, and we enjoyed good health. I was also able to satisfy my fiction addiction, completing 183 books ranging from Baldacci to Woods. I ended the year listening to the 35-hour historical fiction epic from Ken Follett, “World Without End”, narrated by John Lee, and finished it New Year’s Day while walking our puppy, Rowdy, the Bijan we bought last winter. We are looking forward to a happy new year and wish the same for all of you.
