The Brights: Downsizing from One Ranch to Another
Clarence and Anne began looking for a smaller property after they went under contract on their 924-acre Rains County ranch. That’s when they drove down to preview our listing in Frankston. After spending an hour viewing the 45 acres, the 40×60′ workshop and the remodeled home, they decided it was perfect for them and made an offer on the whole kit-and-kaboodle, including furnishings. For the past few weeks the Bright’s have been busy, selling livestock and equipment in preparation for their move to their new, down-sized, Frankston property.
