They had built their dream home on Lake Tyler and were happy. We’d had dinner with them there and admired their boat house and beautiful lake view. Then life evolved for them when the kids settled in Central Texas. After making a lot of trips back-and-forth, the King’s decided their dream home needed to be further west, closer to kids and grandkids. Now, helping friends move away is not our favorite assignment, but it goes with the territory for REALTORS® and in short order we had their home on the market. A few showings later we had an offer, and today the Kings are calling Sun City in Georgetown their new “dream home”.
