I love selling waterfront property in East Texas, even during times like this when many boat houses are sitting on dry land. Texans know the water will rise again, and perhaps very quickly! I always have a camera handy in the boat, both to record my catches and the lovely scenes and interesting waterfront properties like this one on Lake Jacksonville. I haven’t met the owners, but I’d like to, because they make me smile every time I troll by their boat house.
