Wine used to be a French thing, but the craft has definitely spread; we live about 10 miles from a winery (Kiepersol Estates) here in south Tyler, and it’s always interesting to read about other wine-producing areas. When I think of British Columbia I’m fantasizing about fly-fishing for steelhead, but there are vineyards there, as well.
