Over the years Rose Capital has helped a lot of young people purchase their first home. Last night Andrea and I went over to watch our son, Leo, and his girlfriend, Sarah, work on the house she just bought. They will be moving there soon and you can feel their excitement about having their own place. It’s a ‘Granny” house, built in 1973 and in need of a LOT of work, but they are tackling it head-on and making progress.
Real estate can be very challenging…showing homes wearing a mask and gloves isn’t much fun…but it can also be very rewarding at times. Last night was one of those times.
