They were our neighbors for years and had mentioned down-sizing a couple of times. They had done a beautiful job on their yard but it was 1.3 acres and they wanted to travel more. We weren’t anxious to see them go, but when they saw a house they really liked, Andrea took them over for a preview. It was a newer home in a gated neighborhood with a small yard. In short order we had their big house on the market, and in even shorter order (three hours) we had an offer. We visited recently in their Ashmore home and photographed them in their new sun room, complete with fireplace. We miss seeing them walk their dog around the circle, but we know they’re happier where they are.
