I was driving home after showing some farm and ranch listings in Wood county when I drove through Mineola at dusk on a very cold and grey evening. But the old train depot (now the “City of Mineola Transportation Complex”), which has been refurbished, was so pretty I had to stop and snap this. I thought of all the people who, since 1873, had caught trains, shipped cotton, livestock, lumber and fruit from there.
