In 2006, we became convinced that staged homes sell faster and for more money. Lowe Custom Builders asked if we would market a newly constructed home in Hollytree West, and we saw this as an opportunity to test our theory. This was before Andrea got her staging certification and we acquired our furnishings, so we hired help, but the theory proved correct. We have continued to fine-tune our inventory and technique.
